A new Volvo electric truck will appear on the road soon.

The new FE Electric garbage truck has become the second manufacturer of the manufacturer, whose work is based on electricity. According to the developers, the new car will be able to cover a distance of up to 200 km without the need for additional recharging.

The first electric truck Volvo Trucks was FL Electric, working on an engine of 252 horsepower and a battery of up to 300 kilowatt-hours, allowing you to travel up to 300 km.

The novelty is equipped not with one, but with two motors, with a total power of up to 500 horsepower. Higher performance naturally reflected in the duration of work. Travel time without recharging will be reduced from 300 km with the previous model to 200 - in the updated version.

None of the trucks are currently on the road. It is expected that this will happen early next year.
