There was a Volvo car without steering and pedals
Last week in Switzerland, Volvo unveiled a conceptual model of an innovative unmanned vehicle. The Volvo 360c was showcased at an exhibition in Switzerland.
A new invention of a famous brand is an electric model without a steering wheel and pedals. The creators propose to use the interior of the car as efficiently as possible. So, in one of the options the car was equipped with a bed that turns the inner space into a beautiful bed. The salon can also be transformed into an efficient mobile office or an entertainment zone.
The released novelty is only a concept, that is, how the manufacturer sees the transport of the future. Volvo does not intend to launch the model in mass production, at least in the near future. However, it is possible that the sample will interest potential customers so much that the manufacturer decides to create one or more copies to order.
The car of the future, in the opinion of Volvo management, is an environmentally friendly and safe transport, which gives the owner maximum freedom of movement in a fully autonomous mode. As in the conditions of the modern world, it becomes necessary to use the interior of a car not only for movement, but also as a platform for solving everyday tasks.
