Medical company Fractal Systems has received permission from the UAE government to develop a program that will be used during the expedition to Mars. Thierry Karim Luess, the head of the company, said that among the planned procedures is the introduction of special nanorobots into the organism of cosmonauts.Microscopic robots are able to destroy the damaged cells of the human body and rid of disease.

It is not yet clear whether all diseases can be cured in this way, and whether the presence of a foreign object in the body of astronauts will cause harm.
