The Moscow Government is unhappy with the Russian software, which replaced Microsoft

The Russian company "New Cloud Technologies" has created the application "My Office Mail", intended for the exchange of information between officials. The transition of the Moscow Government from the Microsoft mail server to a domestic product officially occurred in 2016, however, until now, developers cannot bring the program to a state that satisfies users.

Government representatives state 33 defects that interfere with the normal operation of the information interaction system. Meanwhile, the director of “New Cloud Technologies” Dmitry Komissarov says that 25 “glitches” have already been fixed in the 2017 release.

To resolve the differences in September of this year, the parties held bilateral talks, during which they were able to come to a common solution. 25 problems are really solved, 4 shortcomings will be eliminated within a few months, the rest - as more specific and detailed descriptions of problems arise from users.

Dmitry Komissarov insists that the development of his company fully complies with the requirements set by the government. All defects were already corrected, and the subsequent remarks of the customer - only wishes for further improvement of the system. The CEO even offered to conduct an open testing program at any site selected by the government. This, in his opinion, will allow to prove the effectiveness of the resource and avoid further debates. At the same time, representatives of the Russian developer support the idea of ​​improving the product, so they readily make any contact with the customer to optimize his work.
