The Chinese have created new secret engines for weapons

Aerospace Corporation of China introduced a new electric motor designed for use in railguns and ballistic missile installations.

According to the creators of the installation was made taking into account the necessary protection from shock loads and the effects of electromagnetic radiation pulses. The need for barrier protection is due to the constant presence of electromagnetic effects when using nuclear weapons, as well as when shooting from railguns.

The details of the work of the new engines are not disclosed because of the secret technology underlying their work. It is known, however, that several devices have already entered service with the Chinese army. While one unit is participating in the trials.

The work of the motors is based on the action of direct current. They are equipped with special units, representing a system of pads on the rotor, driven into rotation.The kit also includes sliding contacts located in the real part of the motor. Collector nodes provide energy transfer from the static to the mobile part.

The new engines will be used as components of the rotation systems of the railguns and mechanisms that lift the launchers of ballistic systems.
