New applications for gadgets will take you to another reality

One of the notable new developments at CES 2018 was the development of AiFi, a special application for a smartphone. One of them allows you to use already captured images in real time, and the second - turns the user into a hologram.

The first application was named Wonderlens. The basis of his work is a certain algorithm. The essence is as follows. The user cuts the necessary image with the help of mobile tools and inserts it into another image or video. As a result, there are interesting frames that move to another reality.

At the same time, the application itself offers options for such a reality. As a background, you can choose one of the presented images. And the images are interesting. You can imagine, for example, that you walk through the streets of Paris, or conquer mountain peaks, or fly into space.

The second application, called Holo Messenger, turns your image into a hologram, with which you can send messages to friends. This method is well familiar to us from many fantastic films. Science fiction gradually comes into the everyday life of modern man.

According to the head of AiFi company Steve Gu, the AR technology used in creating applications is only the starting point that marked the beginning of new innovative solutions. Gu intends to implement his development in all sectors of the economy - retail, smart systems, medicine, sports and many others.
