Electric cars of own production will soon appear on the roads of Belarus

At the test site of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus, the first Belarusian electric vehicle was tested. Vladimir Semashko, deputy prime minister of the state, took part in the tests.

At the moment, after recharging a car, it can overcome no more than 150 km of a track, but by launching the production of supercapacitors and lithium batteries, it is possible to significantly expand the potential of the invention.

It is planned to customize the production of domestically produced electric vehicles at the BelJI plant, which is currently under construction.The versatility of the new enterprise and its full automation will ensure the implementation of the full production cycle.
