Now LADA car can be controlled remotely.
Specialists of the Russian company "Smart Driving Laboratory" have created a system that allows remote control of models of the Russian car industry Vesta, XRAY, Largus and Granta. The module was named Lada Connect.
The new software was presented at the Moscow Motor Show two years ago, and now we are going to introduce the development. Integrated equipment allows you to drive a car through a mobile application in real time. The user can determine the location of his car on the map, find out how much fuel is left in the tank, open or lock the doors, turn on the lights and even start the engine. The app will also allow the driver to point out the shortcomings of his driving style. For example, the system will notice frequent speeding, too sharp turns, or braking. There is information that insurance companies will give discounts on CASCO policies for cars equipped with Lada Connect.
The retail price of the new software package is about 30 000 rublesThis price includes a subscription fee for 3 years. Install the system will be approximately 6,000 rubles - the amount may vary depending on the service center selected by the car owner. After the first three years, the subscription fee will be equal to 4000 rubles per year.
It is expected that the new development will be available to dealers within a month, the application for using the equipment is already available for download in the Google Play store.
