The basis of a successful gas stove repairmade by own hands - strict compliance with all safety requirements. To begin, we will prepare a simple set of tools. You will need a screwdriver for the cross and a set of horn and cap (like "asterisk") keys:

• for jets - 8 mm (for liquefied gas - 7 mm);
• burner nuts - 14 mm;
• the tip of the oven pipe is 17 mm.

Hob burners

1. On the panel for cooking there are standard devices, as shown in the photo. To get to them, you must remove the grill.
   
2. Now carefully remove the dividers and remove the burners from their sockets.
3. To get to the jets, we need to remove the cover of the hot plate, which is fastened with screws.
4. Different models have specific mounts, we only had to unscrew the two screws, and after that the cover rises easily.
   

5. Two bands of metal opened to our gaze - traverse, on each case of burners are hardened, which have the same design, and the difference consists only in the length of the pipeline from aluminum. At the end of this tube there is a nozzle to which the blue fuel is supplied, and then through the hole at the end of the nozzle it goes out into the foot of the burner, mixes with air and flows to the divider. 6. The burner body is rigidly fixed on the traverse and vertically holds the entire structure. Such options are much more expensive, but simple when replacing jets.

7. To release the tip, you need to find special lock - This is a plate with a slot and a hole in the middle, it looks like a clothespin. Squeeze one side of the clamp carefully, without using force, pull it out of the socket - the tip with the jet is free, press the tube and it comes out of the ring of fastening.
   
8. Now you can proceed to replace.There are two options: pull off the tips from all pipelines and unscrew the nozzles on the table or try to remove the nozzle in place. The first is preferable, because the nozzles are so stick to the body the tip that it is very difficult to unscrew them - for this, it is sometimes neatly clamped into a metal vice. If you are afraid of mixing up, then there is a marking on all tips.
   
9. When pulling off the tip, the inside remains sealing ring, therefore at assembly it is necessary to get it and put on a tube. The nozzle thread is not sealed - there is no technical need. The rings are also not lubricated, because the internal pressure of the main gas pipeline is much lower than in the water pipes.

With this, the replacement of the nozzles on the table is finished, the assembly is performed in the reverse order, but first you need to change the jets in the oven.

Nozzle in the oven

1. We open the lower technical drawer of the stove, and open the oven door completely to the lowest position.
2. The nozzle is located behind the left wall of the oven in a special case, into which an arc-bent torch is inserted.To get to it, you need to pull the floor, for this there is a slot, pull over, it must go out without resistance. Putting it aside.
3. Remove the two screws that secure the burner and remove it from the oven. On the left there is a hole through which gas flows to the burner. There and hid the nozzle, which must be replaced.
   
4. Considering that during long operation the jet could strongly stick to the nozzle body, don't try to rip it off - if the thread breaks, then it will be necessary to buy a new case.
   
5. We unscrew the three screws, fixing the left side wall of the plate, remove it to the side.
   
6. At the end of the pipeline there is a nut - it must be unscrewed with a 17 mm wrench to remove the nozzle body. It turns off without any problems.
   
7. To unscrew the two screws attaching the case to the wall of the oven, you need to take the pipeline a little, then pull out the nozzle.
   
8. We carry out the replacement in a calm atmosphere at the table - the jet stuck strongly, so we had to lubricate it with a special agent and wait a few minutes.
   

The assembly is strictly the opposite, with all precautions.
