Instructions for using the blender
There are two main types of household appliances such as blender. Therefore, instructions for its use differs depending on the type chosen.
Content
Submersible (manual)
The first type includes immersion blenders. They allow grinding in any type of container. Benefits include compactness and functionality. Just a few seconds is necessary for such a device in order to mash vegetables or chop meat products. This blender is very convenient and indispensable in situations when it is necessary to prepare daily, for example, mayonnaise or pate.
Stationary
The second type is stationary blender. Under it in the kitchen you need to prepare a place in advance. It also specifies a strict amount of ingredients that can be processed at one time. The advantages include the fact that the user does not have to hold it in their hands while working. Stationary blender does everything himself.
Another advantage is the tightly closed lid, which eliminates splashing of liquids during cooking. Quite convenient with it to cook all sorts of sauces, cocktails, smoothies. Use it and for cooking baby food.
Use a hand blender
Manufacturers recommend using it for grinding ingredients with a non-solid structure. For example, coffee with breadcrumbs cannot be ground with this device. In the bowl where the grinding takes place, it is advised to add a small amount of water.
Most manufacturers offer them in the configuration with bowls or glassesin which grinding is performed.
When using your tank, you need to remember that during operation, splashes can scatter in all directions, which will cause pollution around the surfaces. Therefore it is recommended to use deep bowls.
The use of this type is governed by the instruction indicating the following:
- Do not load large quantities of food into the bowl. Their volume should provide coverage of the lower part of the device, which takes part in the process.
- It is forbidden to use a blender for grinding very hot ingredients. Wait until they have cooled down to a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius.
- If you need to beat the fruit, it is recommended to check them for the presence of seeds before that. If any, they should be removed before loading.
- If you do not know in advance what speed should be used for processing, it is recommended to start with the minimum value. Then gradually increase it.
- Do not try to cook mashed potatoes. As practice shows, it turns out tasteless, despite the excellent beating.
- You can beat the whites with it, but only if the package contains a special whip.
Use Stationary Blender
This device is a holistic type design. The peculiarity is that the bowl, where the products are whipped, and the engine are directly connected (for more details on the internal details, see the article stationary blender device). Therefore, the requirements of the instructions for use are as follows:
- Before chopping, cut the food into small cubes and then load it into the bowl.
- After turning on the device, it must be remembered that the lid of the bowl where the grinding takes place is blocked and it can only be opened in the final processing process.
- Do not place hot food in the appliance bowl. This leads to the fact that it very quickly turns yellow and loses its transparency. After that, it will be difficult to observe the cooking process.
- It is strictly forbidden to load the blender bowl to the very top, while also trying to compact the contents. Also you should not put in it a small number of products, the volume of which does not even reach the minimum mark indicated on the container. This can lead to failure of the power unit.
- It is recommended to use a bowl that will allow for an efficient grinding process. For example, for two or three people will be enough capacity in one liter.
Instrument cleaning
After completion of the grinding process, the blender should be washed. At the same time it is necessary to follow certain rules:
- The element where the engine is located should be wiped with a damp cloth.
- All nozzles that are removed, and the bowl must be washed under running water.
- If necessary, you can use special detergents.
Such is the instruction for using stationary and immersion blenders.
