Choosing a washing machine to give
If you need a washing machine to give, you should choose a model based on the arrangement of your suburban area. The easiest case is when you have running water, electricity, and there is sewage. Then you can safely buy any model (CMA), connect it and use it without any problems. In a situation when there is no water supply or no sewage discharge, you have a choice between types of styralok:
- activator type;
- semi-automatic washing machine;
- automatic machine with tank.

Activator type
The most inexpensive version of the washing unit for giving is activator type machine. The pre-heated fluid is fed into the tank manually.The device is controlled by a timer, which disables it after the end of the set time. Water is drained into a suitable container, without using a pump (drain pump). To rinse, it is necessary to drain the liquid, pour clean, and restart the unit using a timer.
Some models for spinning linen provided centrifuge. Otherwise, everything will have to be done manually or using a special device with two rubber rollers.
Semi-automatic washing machine
A little easier washing process when using semi-automatic. The figure for example shows two versions of the Slavda typewriter - one-bucket and two-bucks.
Before a simple activator machine, semi-automatic devices have a big advantage:
- some models can be connected to the water supply;
- There are semi-automatic with built-in tubular electric heater (TEH) for heating the fluid;
- in this type of washing machine you can already choose washing mode;
- the activator in them rotates in different directions;
- a centrifuge is provided for pressing the laundry;
- water from the unit is pumped out water pump.
Although there are fewer disadvantages, they are still present: constant human participation in the washing process is necessary (switching on, switching modes, shifting laundry from tank to tank, manual water supply, if there is no sewage, water must be taken out manually).
Automatic machine with tank
AFM with water tank can work independently of water supply. The washing process starts with filling reservoir liquid to the required level manually or using a watering hose connected to the pump in the well. Next you, as usual, fall asleep detergent, select the desired program, and press the “Start” button. After starting, the machine will begin to supply water from the tank.
In the future, the work of the machine is no different from the work of the usual CMA. At the end of the wash you need to take care of where the water will be drained. This may be a special container, or a connected irrigation hose, brought out to the street.
The water tank comes with the unit. There are options when the tank is installed near the unit.
This type of machine has a full-size drum into which you can load a large amount of laundry.In narrow models, the water tank is located behind the case and becomes less noticeable. This design is more compact, but the washing volume at a time decreases. Tanks can be made of plastic or of stainless steel. The second option is more expensive, but also more durable.
Advantages of SMA with water tank
Washing machines with tank for giving without plumbing have undeniable advantages over the above-described variants of washing equipment.
- All devices of this type have enhanced pump version (to compensate for missing pressure), forcibly pumping liquid into the drum tank.
- In most cases, automatic machines with a tank for liquid. universal, they can be autonomous (have tanks for water supply and drain) or connected to the central water supply (the pump should automatically reduce the pressure during discharge).
- Large tank sizes - from 50 to 100 liters, allow infrequently add water.
- Some models have tanks with built-in pump for pouring water.
- All new models are equipped electronic system to control the use of fluidin order to save (some manufacturers have achieved the indicator - 39 liters of water for washing).
Connection of conventional SMA without plumbing
Alternatively, if you have a regular washing machine, it can also be adapted to give, even if there is no central water supply. To use the machine fully, you will need to purchase tanks for water and drain. It can be any capacity of at least 50 liters. In order for the MCA to draw in liquid and not display an error on the display, there must be minimum pressure incoming liquid - 1 bar. This can be achieved in two ways:
- The tank should be at a height of about 10 meters, in which case the pressure will be 1 bar.
- To raise the pressure you can apply the pump.
It is recommended to use exactly the same pump that is installed in machines for pumping water. You can buy it in specialized outlets, or in service centers.
water pump is set between inlet valve AGR and liquid tank. For proper operation of the entire structure, synchronous operation of all elements (intake valve and pump) is necessary.When the program of the machine gives a signal that a water supply is necessary, tension is applied to the inlet valve, and it opens. If the pump is connected to the valve contacts, it will start working with it synchronously. When you need to add fluid, the valve will open and the pump will start working. When fluid is collected enough, the valve will close, and, accordingly, the pump will turn off.
All connections must be sealed and electrical contacts insulated. The pump should have the same power (model) as in your washer, to avoid damage to the unit, due to excessive pressure.
As a result, it becomes clear that to give you can adapt any type of washing machines, and the choice is limited only by your financial capabilities.
