Why the boiler does not heat the water

4. Pressure problems. One of the reasons why hot water does not flow from the tap may be low pressure in the water supply. 5. Broken pressure regulator. Without this part hot water will not come from the mixer. The fact that the cumulative boiler gives the same level of pressure, which was received at the entrance.
