A large subsidiary or farm requires the use of mechanization, which includes a mini tractor with additional attachments. The legislation in Russia defines the requirements for the operation of such equipment. The owner of such special transport must have the appropriate registration and authorization documents.

To control special equipment with a higher engine return, the corresponding rights of categories D or E are required.

Conditions for registration of homemade mini tractors

Artisanal self-propelled equipment must also be registered in the bodies of the State Technical Supervision. For the procedure, the adult owner should contact the appropriate authority with package of documents

• an application for registration of a converted and assembled independently mini tractor;
• passport with registration at the place of residence (mark of permanent or temporary registration);
• originals and / or copies of sales receipts for purchased parts and technical units used in assembling / reworking a mittractor.
