Completely “old” fat will have to be cleaned by boiling water with chopped on a grater household soap. The procedure time is 15-20 minutes.
There is another way: to combine soda and vinegar, pour the effervescent mixture into the fryer and bring to a boil.
Once every 2-3 months of intensive use you should wash the heating elements and clean the filters. Do not forget about outer surface - the body should be cleaned from stains with a sponge and detergent. However, it should be strictly ensured that the wires and buttons do not get moisture. After completion of the procedure, the device is wiped dry with a paper towel, both outside and inside.
